A+ Impro es un grupo de improvisación teatral compuesto por los actores Steven Longo, Luis Daniel, Norman Santiago y su creador y director, Erwin Otero Santos, con quien pudimos conversar la noche de su última función en Salón 610.
"[A+ Impro] Pretende llevar mensajes de conciencia a través de la improvisación teatral, mezclándola con otras bellas artes como la música y el baile, de una manera jocosa y divertida. Lo primordial aquí es llegar a todo público sin utilizar comedia chabacana, entendiendo también que no hay que ser muy sofisticado ni filósofo para improvisar", comentó Erwin Otero Santos.
El grupo se presentó por primera vez, sobre las tablas de Salón 610, en Santurce, el viernes 30 de diciembre. Complementados por la música en vivo de Yadiel Omar, lograron su cometido de hacer que el público pasara una noche agradable y llena de risas. Aunque esto no es raro que pase en Salón 610, pues el lugar cuenta con su propio entretenimiento como tenis de mesa, entre otros juegos, mientras apoya todo lo relacionado al arte.
Al finalizar la función le preguntamos a Erwin Otero Santos, de qué está a cargo cada uno de los integrantes, a lo que nos respondió:
"Algunos aportamos talentos ajenos a la improvisación, como por ejemplo, Luis Daniel, que aparte de teatrero, es caricaturista, es quien hace el arte para las promociones. Steven Longo pone la pompiaera y las ganas de aprender, que siempre son necesarias. Norman Santiago aporta su experiencia en medios como el cine y la televisión, además de en el teatro, y a veces me da consejos en cuestión de la dirección, y yo llevo alrededor de 8 años en esto de la impro y dirigiendo, aunque a la hora de montar el esqueleto de un show, todos aportamos ideas y nuestras experiencias de vida."
La noche terminó prometiendo otras iguales; noches de éxito rotundo y nuevos amigos, de risas al por mayor y arte por doquier.

Theatrical improvisation: meet "A + Impro" In Salón 610
A + Impro is a group of theatrical improvisation composed by the actors Steven Longo, Luis Daniel, Norman Santiago and its creator and director, Erwin Otero Santos, with whom we could talk the night of their last function in Salón 610.
"[A + Impro] aims to bring messages of conscience through theatrical improvisation, mixing it with other fine arts such as music and dancing, in a funny and fun way. The main thing here is to reach all public without using shabby comedy, understanding also that you don't have to be too sophisticated or philosophical to improvise", said Erwin Otero Santos.
The group presented for the first time, on the Salón 610 boards in Santurce, on Friday, December 30th. Complemented by the live music of Yadiel Omar, they achieved their task of making the audience spend a pleasant night and full of laughter. Although this is not uncommon to happen in Salón 610, as the place has its own entertainment as table tennis, among other games, while supporting everything related to art.
At the end of the function we asked Otero Santos, what are each of the members in charge of, to which he replied:
"Some of us bring talents that are foreign to improvisation, such as Luis Daniel, who besides doing theater, is a caricaturist and does all the promo artworks, Steven Longo puts the excitement and the desire to learn, which are always necessary. Santiago brings his experience in media such as film and television, in addition to theater, and sometimes gives me advice on management, and I have been around for 8 years in improv and directing, although at the time of creating the skeleton of a show, we all bring ideas and our life experiences".
The end of the night promised other nights alike; nights of resounding successes and new friends, laughs at wholesale and art everywhere.
